How it all works
Luxury Estates and Home Staging seek out homes that would benefit from a luxury staging event. We only do TWO events per month. We completely stage the home (including any existing estate pieces). We do all the marketing and set up. We charge the seller and/or agents nothing. Nada. How?
Wayne Wheat and Leb Kemp have been liquidating estates and high end furniture stores and rug galleries for 30 years. We completely liquidated the Home Life Stores nationwide; the Bruener’s Stores in CA; And, the Robb and Stucky stores in Florida, Texas and Arizona. Our liquidation items sell for better prices in a nice home than in a warehouse, therefore we got into the home staging business.
The benefit to the home owner and/or realtor is that instead of an empty house sitting on the market for a long period of time, you receive a free staging that includes several hundred thousand dollars of furnishings, art, patio furniture and décor. We create a buzz for your property and we typically draw more than 100 qualified buyers to the open house. It’s a win-win!
Again, we do all of the marketing. We pay all of the expenses for set-up and cleaning. We carry a two-million-dollar insurance policy. And, best of all, we charge you NOTHING. NADA.
Since the Covid crises, Luxury Estates and Home Staging have followed social distancing rules and every attendee to the open house is offered a free face mask and personal bottle of hand sanitizer. And for those that are not comfortable attending the open house live event, we offer a virtual tour and online viewing and bidding capabilities through our webcast platform.
